Drivers play a vital role in supporting the company’s pest control operations and overall business needs. They are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of employees, management, equipment, and materials to various destinations. By ensuring reliable mobility and vehicle readiness, Drivers help the organization deliver efficient services and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

1. Safely drives company personnel and transports equipment, tools, and materials to assigned destinations.
2. Performs daily vehicle inspection (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) to ensure safety and readiness.
3. Keeps vehicles clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with company safety standards.
4. Assists in loading and unloading equipment and materials when needed.
5. Completes trip logs and submits required vehicle-related reports on time.
6. Follows traffic rules and company policies to ensure safe and efficient transport.
7. Reports any vehicle problems, incidents, or delays to the immediate supervisor.
8. Provides transport support for official company activities, including site visits, fieldwork, and errands.
9. Maintains professionalism and courtesy when dealing with colleagues and clients.
10. Performs other tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum of 2–3 years of work experience as a company driver or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes is an advantage.
3. With a clean driving record and valid professional driver’s license.
4. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Ability to drive safely under different traffic and weather conditions.
6. Can assist in loading/unloading pest control equipment and materials.
7. Time management and route planning skills
