- Ability to drive and operate various construction vehicles safely.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of construction site safety and traffic regulations.
- Ability to handle physical work (e.g., loading/unloading materials, securing loads)
- Familiarity with local roads, construction routes, and traffic patterns around the area of operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in the construction industry or with heavy-duty vehicles.
- License: Valid Professional Driver’s License (Code 1, 2, 3) issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
