- Safe keep raw land property titles and organize acquisition documents.
- Assist in preparation of needed documents for Bureau of Internal Revenue and Registry of Deeds with regards to transferring of property titles.
- Scanning of segregated titles and raw land documents.
- Prepare petition letter for cancellation of title annotations.
- Update reports like the Request for Payment monitoring and Transmitted Cash Vouchers.
- Weekly summary of checks for verification and follows up on the request for payment as needed.
- Handle yearly Real Property Tax of all acquired properties.
- Provide clerical support to the section such as answering phone calls and photocopying documents.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
