Descripción

  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for internal processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Review and update existing documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in training staff on documentation practices and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create and maintain documentation, assist in Help Desk queries, and manage project timelines.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good communicator, and a proactive team player.
