Descripción

Conduct orientation briefing to trainees as per your assigned category.
Collate and review all documents submitted by the trainees.
Prepare trainees’ documents submitted by the trainees;
Check appropriateness and accuracy of the documents for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application.
Responsible in the preparation of documents of trainees for Visa application.
Prepares documents required for Request for Processing of overseas employment certificates (OEC).
Solely responsible in ensuring that all documents submitted by the trainees are authentic and genuine.
In-charge in preparation of documents of all departing trainees under his accounts.
Perform other functions as maybe assigned by the undersigned.
Responsibilities and Duties: Organize and maintain documents, ensure data accuracy, and assist with project documentation.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data entry, effective time management, and strong written communication skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment, with standard working hours and occasional deadlines.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
