• Assists the Officers in the general conduct of work activities such as checking the accuracy of the files/documents received from other team before endorsing to DC officer
• Maintain and support document control processes for the efficient management and recording all documentations received from other team
• Support the operations associated with the management of documents within the Data Warehousing team
• Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files as required are maintained in good manner and coordinated with the team
• Maintain the record retention and logbook maintenance program
• Performs other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to, and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Library Information Science
• Preferred: At least two (2) years work related experience but FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• Must be keen on details and accuracy
• Good knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing
• Demonstrated ability to work with and at management level.
• Should be highly organized and work well
• Must be reliable and attentive to details
