Coordination & Scheduling: Assign and route drivers to jobs, manage pick-up and delivery schedules, and coordinate services to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, relaying instructions, updates on routes, and addressing issues that arise during service or delivery.
Monitoring & Tracking: Utilize GPS and other systems to track vehicle locations and monitor drivers' progress to ensure on-time performance.
Problem Solving: Respond to and resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of dispatches, deliveries, driver activities, and customer interactions.
Customer Service: Communicate with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and manage requests related to their orders or services.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for clear instruction and information relay.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and organize information effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Competence with dispatching software, GPS tracking, and other communication tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations efficiently.
Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns for effective route planning.
Multitasking: Capacity to handle various calls and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
