- Responsible for ensuring Clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware.
- It works by spraying hot water and detergent onto the items, followed by a rinse to remove any remaining soap or food residue.
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware in appropriate locations.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, ensuring it is free from debris and spills.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and detergents.
- Remove garbage and recycling from kitchen areas regularly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager.
