  • Work Location: E. Rodriguez, Q.C.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible time in from 7 AM to 9AM, Monday to Friday
  • Work Set up: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home

JOB SUMMARY

  • The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency, content scalability, and workflow efficiency.
  • This role will work closely with the Creative Brand Specialist, Creative Strategy Specialist, and Creative Brand Associate to establish a streamlined content production system to enhance creative output.

What you will do?

  • Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketingstrategies that align with business goals
  • Ensure a clear distribution of responsibilities among the Creative Brand Specialist, Creative Marketing Specialist, and Creative Brand Associate.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative materials to optimizeengagement and conversions.
  • Support the Creative Brand Associate in executingtemplate-based content production.
  • Integrate efficient creative processes and systems to optimize creative production speed and quality.
  • Implement solutions for batch resizing, content variation, and dynamic ad creation
  • Monitor key marketing performance indicators such asCTR, engagement, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Present digital marketing insights and results to senior management.
  • Provide structured feedback and review processes to maintain high-quality creative outputs.
  • Work closely with content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to align creative assets with overall business objectives.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and KPI tracking.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
