We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive cum Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on B2B digital marketing and social media within the technology and SaaS industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing digital marketing and social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and positioning.
  • Create, write, edit, and proofread engaging marketing content for social media platforms, company website, digital advertisements, EDMs, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
  •  Develop creative content ideas for brand campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media trends, AI tools, and developments in the IT and SaaS industry, and translate them into actionable ideas.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, social media engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Work closely with designers and internal teams to deliver content across social media, website, digital ads, and offline marketing materials.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to enquiries.
  • Support marketing projects, events, and ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

Candidates with 1–3 Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, International Business and Marketing, or equivalent.
  •  Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  •  Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  •  Ability to manage campaigns and content with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-related industries is an advantage.

 

General Requirements :

  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to utilise AI tools for content ideation and efficiency.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital platforms and social media tools.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys pitching new ideas and experimenting with content.
  •  Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality and consistency.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with good interpersonal skills.
  •  Comfortable speaking in front of the camera when required is an added advantage.
  • Open-minded and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Willing to collaborate closely with regional and global teams on a daily basis.
