Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a multimedia, marketing, or content creation role.
  • Proven background in producing both digital and print materials from concept to completion.
  • Experience in website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Familiarity with coordinating suppliers, printers, influencers, and partner organizations.



Responsibilities

The Multimedia Officer is expected to demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all creative and operational work.
  • High organization, managing timelines, deliverables, and assets efficiently.
  • Clear communication and responsiveness across all departments.
  • Collaborative spirit in working with internal and external partners.
  • Willingness to go on fieldwork or branch visits weekly for photo and video shoots.
  • Adherence to Terry’s brand guidelines, ensuring all materials consistently reflect brand tone and visual standards.
  • Professionalism, initiative, and reliability while embodying the brand’s values of warmth, hospitality, and quality.


All materials — from social posts to printed collaterals — should project Terry’s approachable and authentic personality, supporting both commercial andrelationship-building goals
