The Project Managers are accountable for the on-time execution of a portfolio of client projects  projects. With a firm grasp of the big picture, they understand how components fit together to drive execution. Project Managers are passionate about using organizational skills to deliver on time and on budget results that meet or exceed client satisfaction, profitability targets, and effective resource usage. Further, the Project Manager will manage cross-functional project teams and is comfortable collaborating and negotiating with varied levels of stakeholders across the organization and clients. 

What You’ll Be Doing & Be Responsible For 

• Writes creative briefs for new projects to ensure brand consistency and adherence to strategic direction 

• Utilizes workback schedules to create internal and external workflow timelines 

• Setting up projects in our project management system (Wrike) 

• Create in-depth marketing roadmaps based on client objectives 

• Proactively follow up on overdue items with internal staff members 

• Proactively move client tasks forward using Wrike and internal communications to ensure Projects are done on time. 

• Manage creative workload and ensure the creative team is always booked out at least a month in advance. 

• Written communication with clients to ask them for information and/or remind them of their due dates. 

• Generate reports from a standard operating procedure and template. Ensuring that overage on clients' accounts is addressed on a weekly and monthly basis 

• Utilizing internal resources to drive cross-functional teams to meet specific project deadlines, KPI’s, and metrics 

• Manages third parties/vendors (ie. contractors) to ensure that service agreements are delivered on time and on budget 

• Ensures that services/project revenue forecasting for all active client projects is complete and up to date at all times 

• Building/ improving internal processes alongside the Client Success Team Lead to enhance the efficiency of the company. 

What You Should Already Have 

For primary consideration, you must bring the following skills and attributes: 

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project management 

• Excellent experience in project management software 

• Ability to work independently and be resourceful, with a strong track record of problem-solving ability 

• Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills 

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
