The Digital Lead is responsible for overseeing all of the Digital team's efforts. This includes managing a team of digital strategists, community managers, and media buyers to develop and implement an overall digital strategy suitable to the needs of our clients.

The Digital Lead may also be tasked with developing new digital marketing initiatives or campaigns, as well as analyzing the performance of existing ones.

Responsibilities

Account Management

• Establishes client confidence and trust in the digital team
• Familiarize oneself with the scope of work of all accounts of the Digital team
• Attends and drives client meeting while showing expertise
• Ensures that Digital team's deliverables are on-time and of high quality
• Reports progress of deliverables and escalates issues, if any, to company executives

Business Development

• Provide client leads, whenever available
• Oversee the development of pitches of the Digital team and collaborate with other units for other pitches

Client Servicing

• Oversees planning and implementation of client's marketing campaigns across various digital channels
• Oversees digital marketing efforts of the social media platforms of Bilyonaryo
• Assesses the performance of client's digital campaigns to determine what changes need to be made to improve results
• Identifies and implements new technologies for use in digital marketing
• Reviews data to identify trends and determine bow to improve performance of client's campaigns
• Creates content strategies for client's campaigns by identifying topics that will be of interest to the target audience
• Develops social media strategies that effectively communicates with client's target audience while attracting new ones
• Multi-disciplines and have a thorough enough understanding of design, copywriting, and strategy
• Understands the creative process — as well as principles because we need ti quality control a large volume of creative outputs every day
• Establishes professional relationships with industry experts, digital influencers, bloggers, and other personalities that may be tapped for client's requirements

Internal Admin

• Helps in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates suitable and fit to the organization
• Facilitates performance assessments of the Digital team
• Ensures that digital team follows company policies and guidelines
