We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the cloud and infrastructure systems that power our robotics and AI platforms. You’ll take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and monitoring systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

This is a hands-on technical role that works closely with software, robotics, and AI teams to automate workflows, optimize systems, and support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release processes.
• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications using Docker.
• Configure and maintain the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging, monitoring, and analytics.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and automation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system uptime.
• Apply security best practices across DevOps workflows and production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with:
• AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
• Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).
• ELK stack setup and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with networking, monitoring, and system security concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• This is a full on-site role based at our Elmina Business Park office.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or other observability tools.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and distributed systems.
• Exposure to serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
