Assist the Inventory Head in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure product availability without overstocking.
Participating in or leading routine physical counts and resolving any variances.
Support the Inventory Head in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound and Supplies Department to manage inventory flow.
Track inventory performance metrics such as stock turnover, shrinkage, and order accuracy.
Supervise and train warehouse/inventory staff as needed.
Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
