• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Navigation:

• Utilizing GPS and route planning tools to navigate efficiently and avoid delays. 

Documentation:

• Preparing and maintaining delivery logs, reports, and other relevant documents. 

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Performing basic vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation. 

Safety Compliance:

• Adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. 

• Driving Skills: Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. 
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry packages, and get in and out of the vehicle repeatedly.
