This role involves working with various departments to improve data workflows and resolve data issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Grabbing:

Identify and extract relevant data leads from various sources.

Ensure data accuracy and relevance according to project requirements.

Maintain up-to-date records of all leads obtained.

Skip Tracing:

Utilize specialized tools and techniques to locate and verify missing or incomplete information.

Cross-reference multiple data sources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards in data retrieval.

Data Management:

Organize and maintain large data sets within Excel spreadsheets.

Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and formatted according to company standards.

Implement and manage data validation rules to maintain data integrity.

Data Optimization:

Develop and implement efficient data organization and storage strategies.

Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas, macros, and other tools.

Continuously seek ways to improve data processes and workflows.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other team members and departments to understand data needs and requirements.

Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Communicate effectively with team leaders and management regarding project status and any issues encountered.

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with database management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in Macro Formulas is a plus.
• Knowledge of data processing and automation tools is a plus.

Working Hours:

PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:

• $3/hr
• Weekly Payout

Equipment Requirement:

Candidates must have a dual monitor setup to facilitate effective dialer monitoring during the entire shift.

Qualifications:

• More than 1 year of experience focused on data, preferably in a BPO Setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)

Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)

RAM: 8 GB or higher

Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.

Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.

Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
