As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating,

and maintaining company data to ensure information integrity across our

systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (IT, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related courses preferred but not required)
• Open to fresh graduates—no experience necessary
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Daily submission of 3‑month portlink all‑in rates for Cebu Pacific, PAL, AirAsia, Sun Light, Starlite, Montenegro, and 2Go.
• Daily submission of ongoing airline promotions, including selling period, travel period, and promo validity.
• Monthly submission of airline frequency reports.
• Encode and update data accurately into the company database or system
• Verify and review information for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of assigned data
• Assist in generating simple reports when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify and validate information
• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
