Job Qualifications:

Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, or equivalent

Experience:

• 0–6 months experience in Excel, data manipulation, and analysis
• 6+ months experience in eCommerce programs is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Update eCommerce product descriptions (including orphan, new, and changed items)
• Maintain taxonomy, brands, and attributes
• Process item removals/blockings
• Validate data accuracy and completeness
• Participate in team activities and meetings
• Conduct online research for data validation
• Investigate issues reported via Service Now
• Perform website QA for product information completeness
