The Data Analyst supports the Procurement Department, F&B, and Executive Consultant by conducting cost analyses, preparing reports and comparisons, and maintaining cost systems and controls. The role ensures accurate data interpretation and supports data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency and profitability.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process and safeguard confidential data in accordance with company policies.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data; analyze results using statistical and analytical methods; and prepare comprehensive reports for management and relevant departments.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from data sets; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align findings with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain periodic cost and performance reports, dashboards, and visual presentations.
  • Design and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
  • Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and ensure database integrity.
  • Partner with the Executive Consultant to prioritize analytical initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Generate analytical reports and visualizations for internal and external audiences.
  • Provide actionable cost insights and recommendations to support business planning and control.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience in Retail, F&B, or Automotive Parts industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work Monday to Friday and be on call 24/7 as needed.
  • Can work from anywhere in the Philippines.
