Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven use cases.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive problem solving and strategic decision-making.
• Utilise advanced data visualization techniques to create intuitive, user-friendly data presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced skills in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preference:

Preferably someone who had working or internship experience at telco or FMCG e.g. banks/fintech e.g. gcash, ecommerce, etc.
