About PestLaunch:

We help pest control business owners in the USA grow faster with better systems, more leads, and record months.


We run done-with-you coaching programs (online) and need a Client Success Manager to keep clients accountable, engaged, and getting results.


You will not be a “business coach.”

You will be the main point of contact who makes sure clients show up, do the work, and stay on track.

This role is all about onboarding, activation, accountability, and retention.



Responsibilities:

1. Onboard New Clients

Welcome new clients via email/DM and set expectations.

Schedule and host a simple onboarding call (Zoom) using our script:

Show them where everything is.

Explain how to get value.

Assign their first actions and deadlines.

Make sure they join the community, know call times, and know exactly what to do in Week 1.


2. Drive Activation & Accountability

Track who:

Attends calls

Completes first campaigns / assignments

Logs wins and progress

Send reminders and check-ins:

“Hey John, didn’t see you on last call – can you make Thursday?”

“Did you launch the reactivation campaign we planned?”

Escalate stuck clients to Landon when they need coaching, not reminders.


3. Ongoing Client Communication

Answer routine questions about:

Where to find resources.

How to book calls.

How to use the portal/community.

Keep group chats and community active by:

Encouraging posts.

Shouting out wins.

Linking clients to the right modules/resources.


4. Track Health & Report Risk

Maintain a simple dashboard for:

New clients onboarded.

Call attendance.

Homework completion.

At-risk clients (low activity).

Flag red clients early:

“Hasn’t attended in 2 weeks.”

“Ignored last 3 messages.”

Suggest save actions (extra call, DM outreach, etc.) for Landon to approve.


5. Collect Wins (Proof Library Support)

Grab screenshots, quotes, and results from client calls, chats, and posts.

Organize them in our Proof Library for marketing and sales to use later.



Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English.

Comfortable talking to US business owners over Zoom and chat.

1–2+ years in a customer success / account manager / VA role for an online program, agency, or SaaS.

Very organized: you like checklists, CRMs, and tracking sheets.

Empathetic but direct: you can hold clients accountable without being rude.

Able to work with overlap in US daytime hours.

Nice to have (not required):

Experience with coaching programs, Skool/Facebook groups, or online communities.

Familiarity with CRMs and basic spreadsheets.

What Success Looks Like

New clients fully onboarded and activated within their first 7–14 days.

High call attendance and engagement.

Fewer “ghosted” clients and surprise cancellations.

Clear weekly report on client health and risks.

Landon spends almost zero time chasing clients.
