We are seeking a performance-driven Team Leader to manage a team supporting a Healthcare account in a BPO setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. healthcare processes such as claims processing, member/provider support, or prior authorization. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and quality service delivery aligned with HIPAA and client guidelines.

• Supervise and guide a team of associates handling healthcare processes (e.g., claims, eligibility, benefits, provider/member support).
• Monitor team KPIs including Accuracy, Productivity, TAT, AHT, CSAT, and Quality.
• Deliver effective coaching, mentoring, and feedback to improve team performance.
• Manage team schedules, handle escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct team huddles, individual one-on-ones, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Training, Workforce, and Client Services to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with internal stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centric service.

• Must be College Graduate (any course)
• *Strictly no undergraduates
• 2+ years exp as Team Lead
• Preferred Healthcare exp
