Descripción
- Will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, and other travel-related concerns.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS).
Requisito
- At least High School (HS) graduate
- Must have 1 year CSR/BPO experience handling international Travel voice account. With experience in any of the ff GDS tool: Sabre/Galileo/Apollo
- Can work onsite (Pasay City), Shifting schedule
