  • Madimack is looking for a Costumer Service Representative (Technical Support Role) who will take initiative to identify core opportunities and set clear, actionable objectives. Works independently to develop strategies, overcome challenges, and achieve goals with minimal supervision, ensuring consistent progress and success. You must be able to expertly anticipate challenges, plan strategically and consistently work towards achieving both individual and team targets. Success in the role will align with KPIs & progress reports.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The function blends technical and costumer service skills that is required to provide an effective and customer centric support.
  • Clearly identify/ analyze costumers need
  • Support enquiry(escalate appropriately/track/close) in a timely and well understood manner.
  • Guide the costumer and provide technical context about the product features.
  • Develop relationship with key customers
  • Ticket handling and escalation point for product assigned
  • Instrumental in technical support resolution following our process
  • Track and report all costumer interactions thru tools to our CRM software tools.
  • Create different documentation that will support customer service improvement and operation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all services and equipment offered by the company
  • Organize and keen on improving costumer service processes
  • Provides selection and sizing of products to meet the costumer pool heating requirements. As well as other product selection.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Base and FAQ's

Requisito
