Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Must be 18 - 50 yrs. old
JHS & HS grad.(Old curriculum) Must have at least 6mos. Call center experience
College Graduate (No exp. needed)
Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, basic computer proficiency, and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to issues.
Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, ability to work under pressure, and attentiveness to customer needs.
