• Problem Solving: Using the company’s tools and guidelines to find a solution (refunds, re-bookings, technical fixes, or info).
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of the conversation in the company database.
• Empathy & Professionalism: Staying calm and helpful, even when the customer is frustrated.
