Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented college graduate with a background in healthcare studies to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional healthcare or life sciences environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the review, documentation, and processing of healthcare or safety-related information.
• Support pharmacovigilance activities, including case intake and data entry
• Review medical and clinical data for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding case updates or required information
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
• Perform other administrative and healthcare-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Studies, including but not limited to:
• Pharmacy
• Medicine / Alternative Medicine
• Nursing
• Life Sciences
• At least 3 months of relevant experience (internship or entry-level experience accepted)
• Knowledge of clinical terms and pharmacovigilance is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig under a hybrid work arrangement
