Description

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
Support back-office operations to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency.
