Responsibilities

• Manage incoming patient calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
• Support referrals, pre-authorizations, and follow-up coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Prepare and distribute medical reports

• Accepts HS graduates, college-level, and college graduates
• Experience optional; an advantage if you have one
• Must have strong communication skills
