1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• Minimum of 1 year BPO / Preferably with Healthcare experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
• Willing to work on night shift schedule.
