Descripción

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Requisito

  • At least HS Grad
  • With or without experience
  • Strong communication skills
Fluent in Englishcustomer service
