Descripción
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information and order processing.
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with shifts including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
