Descripción

Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, provide service, assist with scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex issues.
Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and people skills; proficiency in English; technical skills; excellent organizational abilities; and team player attitude.
Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve extended periods of sitting and working on computers.
