• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and complaints at JetSon Manpower Agency, a leading Recruitment Firm.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate responses across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with our recruitment teams to address client needs effectively and aid in the seamless facilitation of the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of recruitment services to advise and assist customers accordingly.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions thoroughly for reporting and improvement purposes.

- Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required.

Experience Level:
