Position: Shipping & Logistic Team Lead (CSR)

Company Industry: Maritime Company

Location: Moa, Pasay

Salary Offer: Php 50,000 – Php 60,000

Work Schedule: Dayshift & Mindshift

Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marine, logistic or any related.
  • With atleast 2-3 years of experience Logistic, operational or Shipment.
  • With experience in handling a team or people
  • Amenable to work in MOA, Pasay
  • Can start as soon as possible is a plus


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to ensure budget targets and contractual obligations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements related to ships agency.
  • Provide regular feedback on operational, service quality, and commercial matters.
  • Support investigations and resolution of Final DA Settlement disputes.
  • Manage and follow up on customer complaints and non-compliance cases through established improvement systems.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing data for business reviews, including KPI reporting.
