Requirements:

• Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• With or without prior call center experience
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (in any industry)
• With average to good communication skills
• Must be residing within Metro Manila
• Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, email, and social media channels
• Generate and qualify leads from social media inquiries and platform-generated prospects
• Promote and sell social media advertising packages, tools, and solutions to potential clients
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable ad products to meet client business goals
• Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell additional ad features, credits, or campaign enhancements
• Provide basic onboarding support and guidance on ad setup and account activation
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and call notes in the CRM system
• Follow sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business
