Qualifications

• Open to candidates without a bachelor’s degree
• At least 2–3 years of BPO / call center experience
• Willing to work on a rotational or shifting schedule
• Open to face-to-face interviews when required
• Willing to complete onsite training

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support by providing accurate and personalized solutions to commercial banking clients
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Act as the primary phone-based point of contact for client inquiries related to banking products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer concerns and issues
• Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management
