Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding bank products and services
• Assist with account inquiries, balances, transactions, and basic troubleshooting
• Process requests such as card activation, password resets, and dispute handling
• Ensure customer data privacy and follow banking compliance policies
• Provide accurate information with professionalism and empathy

Technical Support Representative – Retail Account

Job Description:

• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
• Resolve product inquiries, pricing concerns, and promotions
• Track and update order status using company systems
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service

Customer Service Representative – Telco Account

Job Description:

• Handle customer concerns related to mobile, internet, or cable services
• Assist with billing inquiries, plan changes, and service activations
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and device issues
• Process service requests and escalate technical concerns when needed
• Promote add-ons and upgrades when applicable

Qualifications:

• Banking account - 6 months CCE or 1 year CSE
• Retail Account: IT grad/undergrad or TSR 6 mos exp
• General: CEFR B2(good communication skills)
• General: HS Graduate(old curriculum)/SHS Graduate
