JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
• Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide outstanding customer care by identifying client needs and delivering customized banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all commercial banking regulations, policies, and procedures while addressing both current and future client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact via phone for clients seeking timely maintenance and service across multiple commercial banking product lines.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues efficiently and enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations.
