• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company procedures.
