As a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve account-related concerns efficiently. You’ll ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with billing, payment, and account inquiries.
• Handle requests related to credit cards, loans, or banking transactions.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Document all customer interactions using internal systems.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• With or without BPO experience (preferably with 1 year BPO Exp).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite.
