We are seeking skilled and empathetic Healthcare BPO Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will handle patient and provider inquiries, assist with insurance claims, billing, benefits, and resolve healthcare-related concerns. You will serve as a key link between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies while delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare accounts.
• Assist customers with inquiries on insurance coverage, eligibility, authorizations, billing, and claims.
• Accurately verify and update patient or member information in the system.
• Handle sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Provide clear explanations of healthcare benefits and processes.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Meet performance targets such as quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• College Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Average English communication and active listening skills.
• Computer-literate with good typing and multitasking skills.
• Residing around Metro Manila and near provinces (Rizal, Cavite, Bulacan)
