- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, familiarity with sales pipeline processes, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, working shifts may apply.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
