- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain customer records and data entry.

- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0-6 months in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Average in English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Office or remote environment; may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
