Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and seller inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms professionally and efficiently
• Assist with order tracking, refunds, returns, cancellations, and payment concerns
• Handle account-related issues such as login problems, verification, or account restrictions
• Provide support regarding promotions, vouchers, and online campaigns
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
• Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as set by the company
