Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service experience, familiarity with Call Centre operations, and ability to exercise discretion
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathetic attitude, and ability to handle stressful situations
