Primary Duties

  • Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns through chat, email, or messaging systems while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction
  • Deliver helpful solutions by following established workflows, policies, and quality standards to ensure consistent and reliable customer experiences
  • Record customer conversations, actions taken, and outcomes in internal tools to support proper tracking and future reference
  • Handle multiple written conversations at the same time while meeting productivity targets and maintaining high-quality responses

Candidate Requirements

  • Open to individuals with no previous call center or BPO experience, as full training and guidance will be provided upon onboarding
  • Newly graduated applicants are welcome and will receive structured learning support to help them adjust to the role
  • Strong written communication abilities to effectively explain information and resolve concerns through text-based platforms
  • Comfortable using computers, typing efficiently, and navigating different applications throughout the workday
  • Flexible to work rotating schedules, including evenings or overnight shifts, depending on operational needs
