Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the training of new staff on customer service protocols.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with or without experience/ HS, SHS or CUG with at least 3 months any Customer facing experience 
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
