JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email (account-dependent)
• Provide accurate information and basic problem-solving
• Maintain professionalism and quality service
• Follow simple processes and tools (training provided)

QUALIFICATIONS

At least Senior High School Graduate

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) accepted

No BPO experience required

Good communication skills (voice or written, depending on account)

Willing to work onsite in Pasig – Silver City

Open to shifting schedules if needed
